Refund policy

 

If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase, Fhade is happy to provide a 30-day return policy for items that are not damaged and unworn, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been or is charged for returning the product.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@fhade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
